  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

2. Shipping Time & Methods

  • We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Our product usually gets to the customer within 7-12 business days. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, weight, and size of the items.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products may have specific shipping restrictions based on size or weight, and these restrictions will be noted on the product page.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or carrier delays.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

7. Shipping Changes or Updates

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before the order is shipped.
